Eurest Dining Services is pleased to provide catering services designed to meet your needs, the following information will serve as a guide to assist you in making your choices for your specific needs. If there are special arrangements that need to be made outside the information on our ordering system, then our culinary staff is available to assemble a custom event to meet your needs. It’s our goal to make your job as easy as possible and to meet or exceed your expectations. We take great pride in our program and have a team of professional and dedicated associates specializing in the service you desire, with a menu to match.

Ordering Policy – We ask that all orders be placed as early as possible, please place your orders by 12:00 pm the day prior. (Some hot menu items may require longer notice) We understand that last minute requests are sometimes necessary, we will make every effort to accommodate those requests. Please contact our catering department at 630-887-3912 to make arrangements.

Hours of Operation – Delivery service is provided during normal business hours Monday – Friday, between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. However, services lasting past 3:00 pm will be picked up the following day.

Cancellations – We realize that emergency cancellations do occur, we will do our best to avoid any cancellation charges. Should any charges occur, they will be for specialty ordered product or prepared items that cannot be utilized.

Pricing – Prices on our menus and website are subject to change due to market price fluctuation and product availability. All service includes high quality disposableware except for hot luncheons that include china and flatware. Rental equipment, linens, and decor are available for events; please contact the catering department for pricing. Sales tax is applied to all orders.

Billing – All charges associated with catering are billed directly to a cost center or charged to a credit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted. A receipt will accompany your order.

Please note that clients are responsible for room set up associated with your event.
